While the product itself is good, there were huge delays in the delivery. This is not directly your fault, but is very inconvenient for customers. I bought the product on 28th March and it reached me on 10th April. With no communication from you or updates regarding date of arrival. Please consider using Speed Post or Delhivery. As a small business owner myself, I can definitely tell you that your customers will be happier.
